"The taxi was booked at a certain time and it took 50 min to meet the driver. The taxi was booked for 19:00 and it was only when we called 19:15 that anything started to happen. Then it took about 30-40 min for the driver to get to the airport and walk in. Personally (Majas dad) I have close to 1000 airport taxi journeys and most drivers will call you and if they are running late you ask them to walk to a meet up point. Being 45 min late is too much for a 20-25 min journey. I booked the journey with the flight number so the driver should know when the plane landed. "
